Orders are processed 1-5 business days once the order is placed. You will get updated when your order with the tracking number that is provided. We use USPS for our shipments and once the package is sent out and you have any issues you will HAVE to contact USPS so they can better serve you! Our business days are Monday-Friday. We will do our best to get your packages out ASAP.
